Well suited to dairy cattle. Requires clipping to remain palatable if under grazed. Tetraploid perennial ryegrass is a good protein source. Orchardgrass in nutritious and palatable even under tough conditions. Festulolium has great summer re-growth and offers high yield and nutritional value. Alfalfa provides a high quality forage for grazing. White clover rounds out this high quality pasture mixture.
