All mill stock sifting is performed by two Great Western Sifters (pictured above) and one Buhler Sifter (below). Utilizing different screen sizes in different sections allows the differing stocks to be collected and routed to the proper roller mill for further grinding. Flour is extracted from the mill stock in each sifter section, then collected and resifted in the rebolt section for consistent finished flour.
