All grinding is done on Buhler Airtronic Roller Mills. The mills utilize the latest technology to automatically engage and disengage the rolls for consistent, efficient milling. We utilize a combination of 40, 50 and 60 inch rolls, either corrugated for break passages, or frosted smooth for reduction passages. As can be seen in the upper photograph, we have a combination of single high (two sets of rolls) or double high (four sets of rolls) roller mills. The double high roller mills eliminate elevating and sifting the product between two successive passages in the milling process, thus increasing efficiency.
