The 1000 gram sample is then run through our Carter Dockage tester to remove all screenings. Both wheat and screenings are collected in separate trays.

Next, the cleaned wheat is aspirated in our Kice Dockage Tester to remove any remaining chaff and any light or damaged kernels of wheat.
