Our
Buhler flour scale (Right) weighs and records all
flour before entering into bulk storage or packing.
The scale allows constant monitoring of mill
production as well as the ability to run batches of
flour into different bulk storage silos. The
information generated by the scales electronics is
vital to the everyday monitoring of the efficiency
of the flour mill. Daily changes in the scale reading
can indicate many different adjustments that may
need to be made to bring the mill back to peak
performance. |

Our Buhler Sterilator (Above) processes
the finished flour on its way to storage, assuring any
insect eggs that may be present are destroyed, thus
increasing the shelf life of the flour. |
